American Fighting Organization is a US based mixed martial arts company, recognized as one of the most reputable and popular in the east coast. The AFO is currently undergoing a remarkable surge in popularity, along with greater mainstream coverage. We are currently hiring Field Training Managers in our Newspaper Advertising Department .
Candidates must have an understanding of the sales world and a desire to succeed. As an employee you'll receive a monthly draw of $1000.00 Plus commission of 30% of the money you generate. This Draw does not take effect until you are with the company for 30 days. at 60 days employees will have the option to enroll in a Dental discount program, cell phone reinsurance, and monthly quota bonus.
With in the 1st 30 days of employment, employees will earn 50% of money generated from sales.
